Haozheng Wang

Research

Haozheng is a M.S. student focusing on studying the fundamentals of artificial and natural aging of high strength aluminum alloys printed by additive friction stir deposition. His research areas include aluminum alloy chip recycling by AFSD, aging of as-printed high strength aluminum alloys to achieve better mechanical properties, and trying to gain a comprehensive understanding the evolution of precipitates and crystal structure after the aging process.

In addition, Haozheng is working with Prof. Lei Zuo focusing on functional magnetic soft materials produced by selective laser melting additive manufacturing.
